From ALTEN , we need a V.I.E for a Quality, Health & Safety Engineer position based in London:

Mission would be to:

•Quality Management System :

o Organise / prepare process reviews
o Monitor progress of action plans
o Manage QMS documents (Policies, procedures etc.)
o Enhance the employees' awareness of ALTEN QMS
o Continual improvement
 Carry out internal audits and follow-up of corrective actions
 Support of external audits (ISO9100/EN9100 audit in April 2022) and follow-up of corrective actions
 Work with ALTEN Group to deploy a new QMS platform
o Support Process Owners and participate in the annual Suppliers Review


•Health and Safety :

o Update risk assessments per site
oDefine and control application of the relevant procedures

•GDPR :
o Answer to GDPR questions
o Give guidance and support in case of Data breach / requests related to personal data
o Update/ create documents to secure data exchange with customers/suppliers

Description du profil

We are looking for a profile with a QHSE background (There are many Masters’Degree in Quality) and good level of English.

 This position is central in the company and the individual will work with all stakeholders (from consultants to Managing Director) and will interact with ALTEN Group.
 Mission can start ASAP remotely with frequent business trips to London
