As part of our development, we are currently looking for an Integrated Management System Coordinator who will be based in our head office at the heart of London City.

Description du poste

In line with its steady growth, ALTEN Ltd currently offers a position for someone to assist in the preparation and maintenance of the IMS Certification (EN9100 etc).

You will be in charge of:
-Checking the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System and the implementation of the policies and procedures in the IMS to attain company’s objectives
-Coordinating the renewal of strategic certifications
-Liaising with the various departments of the company in regards to IMS certification
-Promoting awareness to all individuals of the organization on the IMS Standards and other existing policies and procedures of the company through trainings and presentations
-Supporting GDPR compliance processes

Description du profil

You are qualified with a Bachelor or Master’s degree level.

During your studies and/or your previous experiences, you have gained knowledge and practical experience in a similar environment (IMS, GDPR, etc).
