As a Lithium Ion Battery Engineer, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Supporting the customer in the development of Hybrid battery systems ;
- Performing design, analysis and validation of electrical system core functions, which includes high voltage battery systems, DCDC converters, energy management functions ;
- Performing modelling and simulation of battery, testing and validating BMS hardware and software
- Implementing and validating the functional safety of the electrical vehicle (ISO 26262) ;
- Supporting the development of future products and services, implementing problem-solving activities.

Description du profil

You are qualified in in M.Sc. or MEng in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline and you have gained at least 2 years of practical experience in an automotive environment. Fluency in English is imperative
Experience with battery modeling software tools, such as Matlab/Simulink, FEA and CFD models is required as well as knowledge of battery safety standards.
